      Pros

      They have decent free meals once in a blue moon. Some positions can pay well during the high point of the season.

      Cons

      Inept and misinformed management that abuse position. Far too much micromanaging. A hostile work environment in subliminal ways (I.e. Racial discrimination in OC, clients with terrible/hostile demeanors, unhelpful team, etc). Lastly, terrible pay and team structure for lifeguard staff.

      Pros

      Had a pleasure of working at this awesome beachfront property. I worked here for two years and grew a lot while doing so. The front desk manager Damian is a great teacher and the rooms controller sean does a great job and has awesome hair. They taught me a lot. Terry as well.

      Cons

      none that I can think of, holidays get busy but that is expected
