poor training - Sales Assistant The Weeks-Lerman Group Employee Review

This is a small company not much or any chance for a promotion. The training they have within the company is poor.. Person who at least trained me & others would not & did not feel they had to train anyone so they did a very poor job. I trained people in past & would never act like that.. Also, since being a small company they would say things to employees & then turn around & change within a short time & not make you aware of the change.
