Pros

Very interesting projects, huge retainer clients, good content to put in your portfolio, immensely talented team. Generally, an alright place to start off as a new grad.

Cons

Management be bonkers. Regular gaslighting and manipulation, power abuse and unprofessional behaviour. They really enjoy pushing your buttons as a creative. If you're suffering from an imposter syndrome, avoid at all costs, they're gonna make it worse. They mix personal with professional. Tell you they're open to your feedback, but get defensive and call you names once you share your opinion. Expect you to stay up working late without any compensation. Expect you to go above and beyond for them but pay you minimum wage and give no motivation. Fail at communicating properly and then blame you for that.

We push our team because we believe in their potential! Our intention is never to create discomfort, only to encourage growth and development. Given the nature of our industry, late nights do happen occasionally, but we work to keep these rare and check in with our team regularly on this. To clarify, we don’t pay minimum wage (and never have)—our salaries are based on RGD industry standards, and fair pay is a priority for us. We genuinely welcome feedback when it’s shared professionally and respectfully, as we believe mutual respect is key to a positive workplace. Respect is a requirement for us, and just as we demand this from the team, they can expect the same from us. Our company is built on the contributions of every team member and we share this sentiment with them regularly. We’re grateful for your time with us and we wish you all the best in your next chapter.
