      Pros

      I love working for this Broker. They pay for all marketing, processing, etc. Staff and management are always available to help.

      Cons

      This really isn't a con - but, the company does not buy leads. They actively market, and help you do sa as well. *Which leads to solid deals.

      Pros

      I can honestly say nothing good.

      Cons

      No benefits. No human resources or payroll department. No paid time off for vacation, personal days etc. No 401k. Management promotes hostile working environment. A lot of new hires have left the company, as well as tenured employees because of the hostility evidenced in Management.
