Pros
I can honestly say nothing good.
Cons
No benefits. No human resources or payroll department. No paid time off for vacation, personal days etc. No 401k. Management promotes hostile working environment. A lot of new hires have left the company, as well as tenured employees because of the hostility evidenced in Management.
