Pros
They kept my hours full once offered a full time position and benefits were good as well. Kind supervisors and staff available to help and answer questions. Meeting families and helping clients learning new skills was always rewarding. Provided constant competency tests throughout my 4 years there that came with a raise.
Cons
Being an RBT is exhausting but I was typically scheduled with clients with different levels of needs to help to not burnout. If you plan to grow within the company on the clinical side you have to have certain degrees or be in school to get certain certifications.
