Pros
CEO and top level leaders develop great programs to harmonize the various levels of leadership on a broad range of leadership areas, Training is excellent and they spend a lot of effort here.
Cons
Most of the great systems and expectations developed and trained on are lost at manger and senior manager levels. Those levels have a high rate of turn over. My boss changed every 2 years. This is a public company so when times turn you are a number and they treat you like it. People are labeled and your limits capped. Off shift support is invisible and expendable, forget about advancing.
