They are all about promoting internally. They promote FAST. Pay is competitive, the office is entirely remote and the health and 401k plan are phenomenal. Unlimited vacation isn’t a joke. It’s extremely common to take off a week at a time and I’d guess most people are taking a month of vacation per year.

Thesis operates in a pod structure that feels like mini-companies with their own cultures so people have vastly different experiences based on who they report to. While there are over 70 employees, it feels like you’re working with 6 - 10. It’s hard to know if you’re performing well or not because getting feedback can feel like pulling teeth.
