      - You own your work and are given the freedom to get things done how you see fit - Culture is amazing and everyone is driven. I had the opportunity to work with world-class growth marketers, CRO managers, and designers - Variation of clients - Competitive salaries

      - work life balance - sometimes client communications could be heavy, but for the most part it wasn't unmanageable

      Pros

      Company culture was great. Kind of got this family vibe from my coworkers which was great. Everyone was super understanding, flexible and nice. You feel like you are working with real people, where people can be themselves.

      Cons

      Upward mobility wasn't really possible while I was there. Seems to have changed now.
