The Think Company that most people know is a facade. The company has managed to maintain its reputation because of the incredible people I mentioned in the “pros” section. But behind the scenes, the owners and executive leadership don’t believe in or live up to the company’s stated values. They’re driven by ego, control, and self-interest.
Anyone who challenges them, advocates for what’s right, or presents ideas they can’t understand quickly becomes a target — someone to sideline, silence, or strip of influence. Though they constantly claim to care about their employees, the truth is they care only that people believe the facade, fall in line, and accept whatever narrative they’re selling.
They aren’t good people. They have good people working for them.
