      Pros

      They hired me (a college student at the time) with minimal experience, trained me, and provided materials.

      Cons

      They were rather disorganized in terms of communication, the materials had spelling and grammatical errors, and they didn't pay for transportation costs if it took less than thirty minutes to reach the student—so even if I spent $5.50 roundtrip to reach someone 25 minutes away, they wouldn't reimburse me.

      Thinking Caps Group is great about providing students and being flexible with hours. The advisors I've worked with are always compassionate and communicative!
