- During the interview process, this job was presented as a research role. It is just a sales role.
- You don't realize it until you leave, but the associate VP's and managers are not great at leading. There is constant pressure, micromanagement to the highest degree, and little recognition for a job well done.
- It is clear that the company would fire people before certain milestones in order to keep payroll at a minimum. This was common knowledge inside the company, and created feeling of uncertainty.
- Very little transferrable skills to other industries.
- The amount of work is volatile. You could work for weeks on a project and not yield any rewards, and this would be at no fault of your own, but perhaps a project manager/client.
- The workplace culture is not very professional, as the vast majority of people working at Third Bridge are straight of college.
