- Tech driven, we have a great amount of tools at our disposal, more than most recruitment firms, leveraging AI to reduce admin tasks where possible etc. - Invest in meetups/conferences - make a business case, back it up with meetings and CEO will support you getting there, while won't do the work for you, if you put in the effort, will make happen. - Competitive Pay - comparable/fair vs other staffing companies - Collaboration - 1/3 deals are a collab with someone else in business either their candidate or their client, rare to find that in our industry. - Decent number of socials/incentive trips - travelled to really great places with the business Highly recommend working at Third Republic, after almost 7yrs with the business, great people, who care about ensuring customers get the best service and a genuine feeling of we're in this together as a team.

- As a Mgr and IC, lack of L+D function can be an issue/headache, but CEOs are both hands on and willing to jump in and offer 121 training, rare to see for a company circa #50.

I got placed from Third Republic to a automotive windshield company, let's call them a stupid made-up name, like "Safelite". They talked me out of leaving my 6 month contract and literally a week later killed mine, based on provably false accusations due to a ridiculous client. I literally had to ask to speak to someone who was already there after before I was hired.

Apparently one of the VPs will step in after you've already made it clear how ridiculous they're company is, and they have NO interest in vouching for their clients. After 15 years in this industry, this is the first, AND LAST time I'll ever dip my toe into contract work.
