- Invest in meetups/conferences - make a business case, back it up with meetings and CEO will support you getting there, while won't do the work for you, if you put in the effort, will make happen.
- Competitive Pay - comparable/fair vs other staffing companies
- Collaboration - 1/3 deals are a collab with someone else in business either their candidate or their client, rare to find that in our industry.
- Decent number of socials/incentive trips - travelled to really great places with the business

Cons
- As a Mgr and IC, lack of L+D function can be an issue/headache, but CEOs are both hands on and willing to jump in and offer 121 training, rare to see for a company circa #50.
