Pros

- They offer competitive salaries because they are desperate for people as they have a high staff turnover -Good location

Cons

- brain washes everyone to believe they are innovative and forward thinking - is a bad recruitment company... with no structured processes including targets, training, performance reviews - manages people out the business by setting very unachievable targets - really unprofessional environment where a lot of them end up hungover in the mornings - says they have a flexible working environment but it is frowned upon to work from home

Pros

They fostered a very positive work environment, and I look back on my time here really fondly. There was mutual respect between leaders and employees, and I made genuine friends here. I would say they know the Salesforce Partner ecosystem better than any other competing agency in the space, and when I was there, we really did care about the long-term relationships we built.

Cons

Could be better coffee in the office :)

Pros

- Tech driven, we have a great amount of tools at our disposal, more than most recruitment firms, leveraging AI to reduce admin tasks where possible etc. - Invest in meetups/conferences - make a business case, back it up with meetings and CEO will support you getting there, while won't do the work for you, if you put in the effort, will make happen. - Competitive Pay - comparable/fair vs other staffing companies - Collaboration - 1/3 deals are a collab with someone else in business either their candidate or their client, rare to find that in our industry. - Decent number of socials/incentive trips - travelled to really great places with the business Highly recommend working at Third Republic, after almost 7yrs with the business, great people, who care about ensuring customers get the best service and a genuine feeling of we're in this together as a team.

Cons

- As a Mgr and IC, lack of L+D function can be an issue/headache, but CEOs are both hands on and willing to jump in and offer 121 training, rare to see for a company circa #50.
