Really good culture at the company, benefits are excellent and far beyond other businesses in my experience. Work life balance and a genuine desire to be a good company, employer and business. During Covid, i particularly felt well looked after. Good communication from the Senior Leaders, support when needed, plus were quick to ensure we had everything we needed to work from home.
