      -Canteen on-site -Share scheme -Flexible working -Good + regular comms from board -Job security

      -Underlying fear of IT senior management -Old tech, serious under-investment in IT -Disinterested IT senior management, little communication with staff -Fire-fighting attitude

      Pros

      Really good culture at the company, benefits are excellent and far beyond other businesses in my experience. Work life balance and a genuine desire to be a good company, employer and business. During Covid, i particularly felt well looked after. Good communication from the Senior Leaders, support when needed, plus were quick to ensure we had everything we needed to work from home.

      Nothing of any note negative.
