      It is a very chill and flexible work place. Each store has a very friendly team.

      Cons

      The home office is far from organized. Employee discounts are allowed very rarely if not never.

      Great brand, great products! enviorment very helpful and supportive

      Cons

      Small Company mindset . Very little investment in the brand which makes it difficult to grow. However to much turnover. Management needs to be more consistent.
