      Pros

      Management listen to us Jewellery was given as uniform Commission 12 days of Christmas

      Cons

      Cause it was concession there wasn’t help if there was sickness and the main store wouldn’t allow lunches so the counter wasn’t left empty

      Great brand, great products! enviorment very helpful and supportive

      Cons

      Small Company mindset . Very little investment in the brand which makes it difficult to grow. However to much turnover. Management needs to be more consistent.

      Changes strategies all the time Alot of personnel turnover at higher level.
