- No shortage of work; should never be bored. - Employees are happy to help each other out; you should never feel like you're on your own - Decent benefits and salary - Work from home options for some roles - Company-wide conference every 2 years is *spectacular*

Cons

- Global team outside of Australia is still small, so may feel isolated or have to work at odd hours to join meetings - Training materials are still being improved on - No retirement savings benefits in Canada - Lack of structure for assigning and prioritizing support tickets; sort of a grab-bag approach that feels overwhelming with the current ticket load

Pros

It was a great place to work. I made friends quickly and learnt so much because I had exposure to so many different projects. Lots of opportunity to earn a high salary if you are willing to work hard.

Cons

It’s a demanding role but you will learn a lot.
