Policies are constantly changing, it feels like a moving target. The company states there will be “no meetings” on certain days to help teams focus, Major all-hands meetings are held midweek with upper management. They’re growing too quickly and seem to be forgetting the fundamentals of effective management and communication. Getting anything fixed or approved can become a battle. Leadership appears more focused on optics, reviews, social media, and image, than on actually supporting on-site teams and managing properties effectively.
