      Pros

      Thompson Thrift is very supportive of their employees. They value the work life balance of their employees as well. Literally working for them is like working with family.

      For me there was no cons.

      Pros

      If you’re interested in real estate then this is a good entry level company to start with.

      Cons

      Wasn’t really trained hands-on, just attended training sessions and was expected to remember info from that.
