Night time hourly pay and not having to deal with the insufferable management until the last part of your shift

So you work with one other person it's exhausting when they don't pick up their share of work i kill myself nightly cleaning the whole store by myself while coworkers leave me there alone and leave the premisis and take multiple hour long breaks a night , management I don't even want to get started. Horrible just awful. Make sure you don't have good work ethic working here or you will end up resenting EVERYONE. Sick days ? What are those? there's literally like 6 employees that work here you get reprimanded for calling in sick because there aren't enough people here to cover and everyone is exhausted and overworked management doesn't care. Open door policy ? Not here. They wanna do the bare minimum and don't want to hear or talk about the real issues or what needs to be fixed.
