The genuine care that ThoughtMatter has for every employee is astounding and hard to find. They have considered their culture and structure from every angle and have basically created the perfect work environment.

Employees/team are hard working, smart and eager to do positive in the world.

The environment felt volatile, with inconsistent leadership and outsized egos who lacked the basic skills to be effective. Growth opportunities were limited, and people were treated as expendable.
