      Employees/team are hard working, smart and eager to do positive in the world.

      Cons

      The environment felt volatile, with inconsistent leadership and outsized egos who lacked the basic skills to be effective. Growth opportunities were limited, and people were treated as expendable.

      - The team actually doing the work is a great group of humans thirsty for change and committed to making a positive impact in their communities.

      Cons

      - Toxic environment with constant turnover makes it hard to feel safe. - A volatile managing partner without a clear vision who constantly feels threatened and takes things personally. - Very little exposure to opportunities with real-life clients. Mostly passion projects.

The genuine care that ThoughtMatter has for every employee is astounding and hard to find. They have considered their culture and structure from every angle and have basically created the perfect work environment.
