If you are looking for a place where you want to grow internally, fall in love with technology, this is the best place for that. There is no doubt about it. There are awesome people in ThoughtWorks, the moment you come in contact with them, surely one is confirmed to get infected by the disease of technical love that they possess. One might be dumb in tech, might not even have interest in tech at all, it doesn't matter. "Love for tech" is a kind of disease that freely flows here. One is sure to get infected.
Cons
I wont say any downsides. But people who get a chance to work with the awesome folks present here are lucky. They should not under utilise the opportunity that they get here.
