Pros

- Great culture: Feedback, learning and transparency at the core - Competitive salary (with a transparent process to determine and adjust it) - Possibility to move between projects looking for a better personal fit - A lot of variety of interest groups make the experience unique to each person

Cons

- Depending on your client you might not be able to enjoy the benefits and events fully - There are a lot of parallel streams of communication that can be hard to watch. This is a big pain point if you want to participate in out-of-hours events and interest groups. - Remote working is allowed only in Spain (with a caveat of a fixed number of days per year being allowed outside) - Not all projects are as interesting or shiny as others, and you might end up at a "boring" or "soul-crushing" project.

Thank you for leaving us such an in-depth review, you have mentioned a lot of positives related to our culture and competitive salary, which we are super happy to read! I hear you that as consultants, the types of work can vary and some projects feel more exciting than others. We're always working on trying to balance the types of work that our consultants are doing so you're exposed to a wide range of industries, challenges, and technical environments. It’s a balancing act, but at the end of the day, the work we're doing with our clients all equates to some pretty exciting, game-changing results for companies all over the world. Feedback is what allows our culture to grow and improve. I’m working on gathering thoughtful reviews like yours to share with our leadership team so that we can start to address the pain points for our employees. Thanks again for the work that you do for our clients and to support your colleagues. María - Community Manager.
