Pros

Good talented people People always love to support and help (alteast most) Reasonable pay, may not be one of the best in market. But still almost there.

Cons

Undergoing multiple phases of company hierarchy, and the end state everytime is worse than before. Performance assessment is still a mess, and not the right level of expectations. You have to contribute to the project you are working, that gets you 3rd grade. Any top 2 grade in performance assessment needs you to push more than that. Even for the project commitments, yoou have to work for more than 9 hours a day without even a small gap.

Thank you sharing your opinion and for your constructive approach. The decision to go private had its impact on various aspects of our workplace but with our recent reorganization, becoming a leaner organization, and our intent to go private again, we are optimistic about future. Pros

I've had a great experience building my career at Thoughtworks. One of the things that stands out most is the culture. It's collaborative, supportive, and filled with people who genuinely want to help each other succeed. Thoughtworks has also provided me with meaningful opportunities for career growth. I've been encouraged to take on new challenges, develop new skills, and explore different career paths. Leaders have been approachable and supportive, and I've always felt empowered to own my development rather than being confined to a single role. Like any organization, we’ve had our ups and downs. But the people and the commitment to continuous learning have remained consistent strengths. If you're looking for a place where you can grow professionally, work with smart and passionate people, and be part of a culture that values collaboration and innovation, Thoughtworks is a great place to build your career.

Cons

None that I can think of right now.
