      - Great culture, flat hierarchy, lots of opportunities to initiate things - Opportunities to work with industry best practices - Opportunities to bond with colleagues beyond just work - Opportunities to work across different projects and clients

      Cons

      - Pay is lower than industry standard - How much you get to learn and grow also depends on luck, ie. on which project and team you get staffed on, and there is the possibility of getting stuck on a not-so-great project for awhile
