Thank you for the feedback and I’m sorry that you didn’t feel able to provide this to me, or anyone else in the team, directly. Please know that one of my primary objectives is to ensure that Thriva is a great place to work where open, transparent communication is the norm. We've put a lot of emphasis on this lately with new processes, and we are committed to improving our communication.
