Pros
Living in Vegas is the only pro I can think of.
Cons
Truly avoid this place at all costs. Even if you desperately need a job, trust me when I say keep looking. Don’t fall for the pr on the surface. While most lower level people are great people it’s the ones in management who make the place really annoying to work at. The work life balance was non existent. Management had favorites, constantly called before and after your work hours. No support for you, but they expect an arm and a leg from you. My manager had 0 people skills and would belittle me. Even made comments I should have reported to HR. I received 0 training, which whatever, but when the expectations are high your investment with your employees should be high. The PR on the surface is there to make the company appear like a well oiled machine, but I’m quoting the CEO Curtis here “there’s a lot of duct tape holding the operation together.” If only I heard that before I accepted their job offer. LISTEN these are not the “growing pains” of a company. when in reality there are issues with accountability, follow-through, and operational effort by management. This is a company running with their shoes tied that wants to run faster. A lot of the managers and VPs act like they’re Jeff Bezos and they really need to humble themselves. Massive revolving door and there isn’t as much opportunity as they lead on. Maybe since people are constantly quitting that’s the opportunities they have to back fill. The lack of training and communication is the way management will find their way to shift the blame to you.
