I have worked for Thrive now for just over a year and have enjoyed every moment of working for this innovative company. Their focus on their staff well being as well as the client well being is, in my view, outstanding and something that I have not experienced before in my other workplaces. I feel very valued and appreciated by the management and feel very supported by the other members of the team. It is a pleasure to be a part of a company that does actually care about the clients and the staff rather than just the targets. If others get a chance to work for Thrive then I would advise they snap this opportunity up as fast as they can.
