Pros

The team in specific areas were excellent. There is definitely a team supportive ethos for sure, when I say team I mean health coaches!

Cons

I had a micromanager, the pay is terrible, and the actual programme itself compared to Second Nature needs a LOT of improving, The number of people who start off compared to the handful that finish needs to be looked into, not just meeting milestones and worrying about getting people started. It felt like people were rushed onto courses, who had no idea why they were there

Afternoon, I'm sorry to hear that this was your experience of working at Thrive Tribe. The description you give is certainly not our intention, in line with our ethos or how we aim to support clients, or our people, at all. I'd like to, as much as possible, to turn this into a positive and learn the specifics of your experiences, so we can look into this and ensure this isn't the case going forward. If you'd be open to do so, please do reach out to me and I'll arrange some time for us to impartially discuss your experiences. Many thanks for taking the time to leave y review. Many thanks, Trev Mealing Head of People & Internal Communications.

Pros

A good service but would be better if it treated staff better

Cons

Minimum wage is an insult too much micromanagement and responsibilities put on plates without being paid for those extra tasks
