Pros

Good Benefits, Free food, Free gym, Decent pay and overtime available constantly.

Cons

You cannot request any time off in the months of November and December. They sometimes force you to work on your day off and you can't say anything about it because you signed the handbook (that's what they use against you). Half of the management do not do their jobs right. In order for you to succeed in this company or try to go to another department you have to be friends with higher people and half of the management are immature themselves.

Face value verses market value on tickets. The all sales final policy.
