Pros
Tech Company level perks, but not in a huge city. Free food, nice game room, on site gym, and plenty of opportunity. The company culture is one where hard work and intelligence will be rewarded. Those that do not give 100% typically do not make it. The company has made efforts to make an environment where people can be successful, however that success is earned not given.
Cons
Would be great to have more learning or teaching sessions available. The company should also have a stronger presence within the local community.
