Pros

CEO of company is amazing, very family orientated. Cafeteria is incredible and FREE.

Cons

Salary should be increased for amount of work you provide. Raises and bonuses should be more frequent. Over a 2-yr period, no raises- Need to look at employee performance and create more room for advancement opportunities

Working remotely is good, better than on site.

Cons

Face value verses market value on tickets. The all sales final policy.
