      Pros

      Same vacation days that the school gets/ long breaks

      Cons

      Poor management, will not take criticism in ways to improve the school/work management well. Long days, long commute since it’s so deep into glen cove, no parking spots only street parking which is ridiculous especially for teachers. Only admin get parking spots

      Great kids and great admin to work for.

      HR rules- if you have no more PTO time and need an hour off you have to take the entire day off.

      Amazing school community with supportive leaders and collaborative parents!

      Cons

      Summer program work is mandatory; however, you can request to take a summer off after a few years!
