Pros

Initially, there were great opportunities for growth and development, a cohesive team environment, and interesting projects. Operations ran smoothly and the workload was very reasonable and well prioritized.

Cons

Over the course of my employment, due directly to a change in leadership, it became a totally abusive and toxic environment in which my team saw over 50% attrition. Since this was apparently not strategically intentional, it demonstrates how poor the management has become. Additionally, there was outward sexism that hadn't been prevalent when I started. The projects became dull and the development opportunities disappeared. The operations went from smooth to chaotic and terribly run.

Pros

There's never been any pros.

Cons

Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
