Pros
Stable, well-known brand, nice product line, most associates encountered have been nice, decent people. If you're geared toward schmoozing, you can probably get ahead with very little education.
Cons
Punitive sick time policy, salaried professionals are treated like hourly wage workers. Salaries are very conservative, as are raises; "middle of the road" performance appears to be the goal as of late. Industry-relevant experience and education do not appear to be as valued as they we're in the past.
