Management is the worst, they just side with the regular full-time people for everything. They need to hire more experienced, older people who know what they're doing. Constantly bullied and looked down upon. Training was useless since they teach you about diamonds rather than the metals you are actually selling so you sound like you don't know what you're talking about on the sales floor. Everyone is very unhelpful, long hours, they don't compromise. I was hired in September, didn't get contacted to start working til November, if I had known, I would've definitely looked for a different job.
