      Pros

      Great stepping stone, discounts, friendly staff. I worked with a great team so I loved going to work everyday. But if you get the wrong manager and you try to move around they can totally ruin your chances of any movement within the company.

      Cons

      Profit driven, employees are a second thought. There are so many grate people working for Tiffany but so much goes unnoticed. I was turned off on how much they say they offer ie., tuition reimbursement but they make it near impossible to get it with all of the requirements.

      There's never been any pros.

      Cons

      Greedy company that takes away from their employees every year. Client advisors make less and less every year. You are not human to this company, you are a server and you are disposable. My experience was at the 3 story Royal Hawaiian store. They praise you for overworking yourself, only time you'll get that.
