May seem basic and repetitive, and once work levels ramp up it can be hard to juggle everything. There were nights that I had to work really late to stay on top of things.

Casual work environment, good work life balance, analysts are nice.

Put too many deals on stronger workers and not as strong workers get a quarter of the work.
