Pros
Pay was fair, some people were great to work with. Free lunch every day you're in office, stocked kitchen with snacks and beverages.
Cons
Manager was absent for 1/3 of training, poor communication, HR was absent unless a major event occurred. Small company so any reporting to HR could easily come back to you, be treated differently by coworkers. Other departments may lie to save themselves, making you look bad. A 30 year old company that operates like a start up in year 5.
