      Tilda is working on disrupting the clinical trial echo system. They have two concepts 1. Bring all the echo system into one cloud platform 2. AI to automate every step of the way Exciting place to work with great engineering team

      Cons

      Tilda is a startup and hence expect to work hard and smart to get things done in the most efficient way

      Pros

      Tilda is disrupting the clinical research space. A great mix of senior and young engineers. The approach is quite innovative compared to the current products in the market. Great chance to work on the next generation technologies. Highly motivated team !!! I would highly recommend anyone to pursue Tilda incase you get a chance to interview at Tilda.

      Cons

      Tilda will be a great place to work if you are hungry to learn and work. Tilda has high ambitions to grow in the clinical research field. I would not recommend it to anyone if you are not passionate about creating a difference.

      Innovative team that makes you think and pushes you to explore new ideas and concepts

      Cons

      The upper management is engineer heavy and not always the best at people management and soft skills.
