      Pros

      - Mid-level staff are nice - Nice office location

      Cons

      - Senior mgmt are extremely disorganized - Demeaning / rude comments made often (personal and work related) - Unsupportive - No boundaries (will call at all hours of the day or weekends about work) - No lunch breaks, no flex / hybrid work, no overtime pay

      Great Company with an amazing culture.

      Smaller company with less internal resources. Not a big deal to me though.
