Pros

- Office location. - Depending on your team some coworkers were good.

Cons

- Low pay, long hours, no work/life balance - Senior leadership and owners are manipulative, condescending, and rude. Lots of triangulation, poor communication, and pitting teams against each other like pawns. - No hybrid model, and no flexibility to work from home. - Lack of resources provided to do your job but then you are punished for not accomplishing the work that needs to be done. - Extremely high turnover; no one's role is safe there.
