Decent product to rent when and if work ever gets done.

Everything. Terrible attitude from Support Office. Ontario way or no way attitude whichever is hard for other markets and regions to become successful. Directors are useless and talk bad about everyone behind their backs (Ontario managers seem to be the worst). Lack of under standing rents in other markets. Severely understaffed for the amount of units they have.
