- Great Founders. - Co-workers are supportive

Cons

- Managers and CRO has no idea whats going on, for anything right from feedback to coaching, everything is reliant on generic chatgpt advice, nothing human is there. - Product is bizzare, very low adoption rates. - No one knows from where leads are coming or will come. - As a rep you will NOT be set up for success in any way.

Pros

Time Doctor offers excellent work-life balance and a truly collaborative, supportive team environment. The productivity tracking tools are designed to help us work smarter without feeling micromanaged, which I really appreciate. Personally, I love working with such a diverse global team—people bring expertise and unique perspectives from all over the world, making it an enriching experience both professionally and personally.

Cons

Nothing significant so far—like any global company, time zones can sometimes be a challenge, but it’s manageable.

remote setting was the only good thing

Cons

highly unprofessional management who only favored "yes" people not open to providing feedback nor your own opinion. HR equally unprofessional.
