      Absolutely Cooked - run away!

      Pros

      None at all. What seems be pros are not. All your time is tracked. All your activity is tracked. They say they don't use it against you, but they do. When they need to make cuts, they will use every petty thing to do so.

      Cons

      - leaders are emotional. The president would have outbursts, then post some LinkedIn rot to make him feel better - product is rubbish - everybody basically tries to game the system, by creating long processes, meetings for meetings. - sales team has low morale, they smile in meetings, but absolutely dead inside. - apparently people can't have side hustles because they are not "focused" but the execs can, like having airbnb businesses.

      Good people but bad salary

      Pros

      Good team to work with, I had a really nice manager, really nice colleagues and I was able to select my schedule, during weekends I was not force to work

      Cons

      I was told that after 3 months I will have an increase on my salary and that is why I moved to the company, then I realized that was a lie and I didnt like that at all since I couldnt go to my previous job and due to pandemic our work was increasing every day
