      Pros

      None at all. What seems be pros are not. All your time is tracked. All your activity is tracked. They say they don't use it against you, but they do. When they need to make cuts, they will use every petty thing to do so.

      Cons

      - leaders are emotional. The president would have outbursts, then post some LinkedIn rot to make him feel better - product is rubbish - everybody basically tries to game the system, by creating long processes, meetings for meetings. - sales team has low morale, they smile in meetings, but absolutely dead inside. - apparently people can't have side hustles because they are not "focused" but the execs can, like having airbnb businesses.

      Pros

      Time Doctor offers excellent work-life balance and a truly collaborative, supportive team environment. The productivity tracking tools are designed to help us work smarter without feeling micromanaged, which I really appreciate. Personally, I love working with such a diverse global team—people bring expertise and unique perspectives from all over the world, making it an enriching experience both professionally and personally.

      Cons

      Nothing significant so far—like any global company, time zones can sometimes be a challenge, but it’s manageable.

      - Great Founders. - Co-workers are supportive

      Cons

      - Managers and CRO has no idea whats going on, for anything right from feedback to coaching, everything is reliant on generic chatgpt advice, nothing human is there. - Product is bizzare, very low adoption rates. - No one knows from where leads are coming or will come. - As a rep you will NOT be set up for success in any way.
